Mission

Our mission is to improve the lives of all Americans in the Granite Bay, California Metroplex.  Our goal is to show the community how to amend failed investment strategies that may have been used during the recent historic market changes. We will use what in our opinion, is the only investment management strategy that strives to manage the risk, and to enhance the performance of an investment portfolio by using both Asset Allocation and Relative Strength, in a very unique way.  We call this strategy “Wave and Wind.”
