Our Next Front: Libya
ISIS has established strongholds in the unstable state of Libya, according to a February 4, 2016 article in The Washington Post. In addition, the article points out that President Obama’s advisors and almost every department are pressing him again to send the military into Libya.

The Obama administration secretly agreed to talks to try to formally end the Korean War by dropping a longstanding condition that Pyongyang first take steps to reduce his country’s nuclear arsenal, according to a February 21, 2016 report in The Wall Street Journal. Risk Tolerance
Wall Street rose early in the week on oil prices and other commodities moving up, suggesting an increase in risk tolerance as reported by Reuters on February 22, 2016.
