According to the MarketWatch Web Page 9/22/2016, the Feds failed to increase rates on the 21st, resulting in the Nasdaq jumping to record highs and U.S. stocks joining a global equity rally. In addition, with U.S. economic activity slowed by factories and the Dollar weakening, some economists are saying the Fed is losing credibility after making a case for an increase in interest rates and then not following through. And, you can keep your doctor and your premiums won’ go up. Where have I heard these words before?
