Retail sales to the Rescue

‘Retail Sales jumped’ one percentin July, the largest monthly increase since January of 2023, according to The Department of Commerce, reports Breitbart Business Digest, August 15, 2015.   ‘A 3.6% increase’ in purchases at car and truck dealerships and auto parts shops are responsible for sixty percent of the increase. This last report, along with a positive PPI report, appear responsible for the market recovery back to the level of August’s opening day.

Retail Sales, apparently, came to the rescue,

despite many pundits touting…

the waning days of retail shoppers.
