7/27/2022 It gets “Curiouser and Curiouser.”

AUTHOR: TOWNEWEALTHMANAGEMENT.NET/BLOG 7/27/2022 Towne Wealth Management BLOG:

It gets “Curiouser and Curiouser.”

75% of all companies reporting as of 4 days ago, beat estimates by consensus analysts, reports Morningstar 7/22/2022.  However, we now have Big Tech, the market leader for the past decade, to report earnings, winding their way around the Fed Announcing the next rate increase which is expected to be at .75

And, if that’s not enough:

We now have Global growth being cut by the IMf (International Monetary Fund) due to a US and China slowdown, reports AppleNews 7/26/2022. Further, surging inflation was listed as one of the prime drivers of their conclusion.  Also, Global Consumers are continuing to buy necessities like food, bleach and cheap burgers, says Reuters 7/26/2022, while those with larger banks accounts are buying 50k trucks, suggesting a separation in the lives of the have and have-nots.

All this while the Dow continues to meander over 31,000….

Therefore, as Alice said in ‘Alice in Wonderland,’

It gets “Curiouser and Curiouser.”
