'The party is over for short-term real-estate investing,'like house-flipping, according to Zillow’s Chief Economist, says Insider 4/4/2023. After rising 40% from June 2020 to June 2022, the housing market from June to January in 2022 fell 5%. Further, year-over-year home prices through February of 2023 dropped for the first time in 11 years, reports Forbes 3/31/2023. Complicating the situation, a tight housing inventory is making homes less affordable…. while prices appear to be falling???
