Muscle Beach…maybe?

The Fed stays on hold,’ according to a 4/1/2016 Reuters report, which also pointed out that the U.S. job market “flex(ed) (its) muscle(s).” Nevertheless, the article goes on to suggest that economists see a limited impact on monetary policy, stating that Janet Yellen believes there is hidden slack in the jobs market. Apparently, the Fed won’t be flexing….their muscles right now!

“Doh-h-h-h,” as Homer Simpson would say.

Women who seek abortions should be subject to ‘some form of punishment,’ is what Donald Trump said, according to a 3/30/2016 article in The New York Times. Trump quickly recanted in the article but drew bipartisan criticism that only added to Trump’s feeble approval ratings among women nationally. With the Wisconsin primary just around the corner, we’ll get to see if the Teflon Don..ald will recover, once again.

Nominee or (Indictee)?

According to The Political Insider as reported on 4/1/2016, former House Majority Leader Tom Delay believes that the FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton. In addition, the article reported that if the FBI’s recommendation isn’t followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency’s investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings. In other news, Clinton is the leading Democratic nominee for president of the U.S. Wait a minute…what did I just say? Homer Simpson must have said this sometime…but that’s a cartoon.
