It’s a new passive Federal Reserve Bank posture in relation to interest rates and the prospect of a China trade deal that is driving the markets, according to the media talking heads this February, 2019. Along with these comments, the DOW has risen 4,194 points or 19.2% since the December lows of 2018…but still not to the market highs of last October, 2018. Well….let’s see how the Fed and China fare…
