A $1 trillion bill to address the effects of the Coronavirus was stopped by the senate democrats reports CNBC 3/20/2020. The democratic leadership wants more for individuals than corporations. On such events, President Trump expressed optimism that the lawmakers would get there.

Will the bill be passed before the announcement on Thursday....? McConnell, Senate Majority Leader, says there will be a vote tomorrow, says FoxNews, 3/22/2020. Sounds like someone is drawing a line in the sand.
