An all-time high was hit intraday by the NASDAQ, while the S&P 500 was only one point away from posting its best annual performance since 1997, says CNBC 12/26/2019. US and China announcing a phase one agreement earlier this month is being credited for the reason investors are adding more risk to their investments.
