A flood of homes is about to hit the real estate market with the dying of Baby Boomers, reports Fox Business 11/25/2019. 21 million homes are likely to vacate over the next two decades, effecting retirement communities the most, including Florida and Arizona. Dallas, Houston and Atlanta are projected to be least affected. Location, location, location, as they say.
