Meanwhile, AP reports President Obama and French President Hollande opened talks Tuesday about expanding the international campaign against the Islamic State. This was complicated by the shooting down of a Russian warplane by Turkey, according to Reuters and Vice News, which President Obama later blamed on Russia at a press conference held at the White House. On such news the Dow was up 31, supporting the proposition that interest rates are still the focus of the markets. With the markets closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving Day, Bloomberg shows that we only have Durable Goods Orders, Personal Income and Outlays and New Home Sales as the only significant economic reports this week. On another note, Week 12 NFL Power Rankings has the 49ers ranked 28th among 32 teams, according to report by Bleacher Report. Apparently, not a very full plate this holiday…for some. Happy Turkey Day!!!
