The spending bill to keep the U.S. government open, failed to pass last night, 9/30/2025, says CNBC 10/1/2025. Nevertheless, the world did not end the next day, as traders actually traded up the market on such news, betting that the interruption would be brief. In addition, the article suggested that the S and P 500 is in position for bullish growth, if it can stay in the 6445 and 6525 range, with the possibility of a breakout later this year and into 2026.  Also, pundits have suggested that the longer the spending bill is not voted through, the higher the probability of volatility in the market.

Therefore,

Reduce what you don’t want to own 12 months from now’

And

Add to what you want to want to own 12 months from now

Because, so Far…

It looks like the Trump Trade is still on...
